Babajide Shitta-Bey is a Senior Finance and Business Transformation professional with over three decades of expertise in auditing, financial management, and strategic business leadership. A dual-qualified chartered accountant (ICAN FCA and CIMA CGMA) and Warwick Business School alumnus, he began his career at PwC Nigeria, rising to Energy and Utilities Audit Manager, where he led audits for multinational clients under US and Italian GAAP. His tenure at Shell Nigeria spanned key roles, including Head Finance-Logistics at SNEPCo and Business Transformation Lead at SPDC, driving cost optimization and operational excellence. Currently, he serves as Consultant General Manager at Air Solution Nigeria Limited, holds non-executive directorships at A1 Power Technologies and Flowpond Concept Limited,
and is a specialist consultant in Energy and Utilities at RUSA Advisory. Babajide is also a certified PMP, Scrum Master, and proficient in SAP FI-CO, Sage, and Power BI.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Babajide is deeply committed to community service, leading an 80-member team in a not-for-profit organization and contributing to cooperative initiatives.
